LD-650 is a deep red LED phosphor with a peak emission wavelength precisely positioned at 654nm, a dominant wavelength of 606.9nm, and a relative brightness of 40.59%. Featuring an ultra-fine particle size design (D50=8μm), it offers excellent dispersion performance and process stability, making it particularly suitable for high-precision SMD packaging and high color rendering illumination applications.
